Nikon 16mm f/2.8 AIS Lens

This is the best fish eye lens Nikon made. It has a full frame view not a circle like other lenses I tried. It has the amazing ability to take very sharp pictures with perfect contrast and depth of field. The focus is manually operated and as smooth as glass making it very easy to use. This lens is tiny compared with other lenses it weight is less than a pound, making it perfect combination for all day use carrying your camera. I've used this lens for extremely wide view applications such as entire families being photographed in one picture. I like to use this lens when I go to car shows to take pictures of car interiors. If you like to do special effects and like to experiment, you need this lens. This lens is also used for wide view landscape photography. It has to be my most versatile lens in my collection and it is always in my camera bag everywhere I go. Price for a used unit that has the four bayonet filters in the Nikon filter pouch is about $500.00 - $600.00. A filter must be mounted on the rear of the lens at all times for it to work properly.
