Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 Driver Golf Club

I love that this club has such a sweet feel when I swing it. In order to hit a bad shot, you would have to really try hard!!! It's wonderful!!! I would recommend it to anyone who needs a powerful driver!!!

I HAD READ SEVERAL REVIEWS ABOUT IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR DRIVING AND WAS LOOKING FOR NEW DRIVER...WELL I'VE ONLY USED IT 3 TIMES,DON;T KNOW IF IT IS WISHFUL THINKING OR WHAT, BUT I HIT LONGER DRIVES AND STAYED ON THE GREENS . SEEM TO HAVE BETTER CONTROL. I AM LOOKING FOR OTHER WOODS TO GO WITH IT.

I love the Nike SQ Sumo25900 Driver Golf Club. I had the opportunity to play with one at a course recently and liked it so much that I decided to buy one. I have no regrets. The weight, grip, and overall design of the club is exactly what I wanted.

its a great driver the ONLY thing i dont like about it is it leaves marks from tees on bottom and face but its easy to wipe off all in all great buy

The Squarehead Nike SQ Sumo 5900 helped me find my drive. The High MOI produced by the weigh balance in the head of the club produced a longer drive while the enlarged sweetspot produced more forgiveness allowing me to stay in the fairway. I tried every driver from a Callaway to Taylormade and had no success until I picked up the squarehead. It is configured a little bit differently so it takes a few swings to get used to but as soon as your swing conforms you will notice that your drives will be longer and straighter. I recently took third in a Memorial Day Tournament while using this driver. Every other time I had played the tournament I was lucky to break top 10. I would recommend this driver to anyone who is having trouble finding a way to keep the bll down the middle off the tee.

My daughter is able to swing this club and drive the ball consistently as a beginner...She went from a 136 to a 102 average using this driver.

Bought for my son but he my get my old driver or I will have to buy another. Can work the ball better (love a fade) I like my Callaway FTi but it is set for a draw and I cannoot hit a goog fade with it. Both are good drivers but the Nike gives more options. Has a more borring flight Callaway highter.

I bought the club after hitting the same club that my brother bought (different loft) with the same shaft and model. The club is forgiving both mid-heel and mid-toe. The shaft is set up for my swing speed, but it is not set up for slower (less than 100) swing speeds.

After hitting it and deciding that I liked it that clinched it for me to buy it. Being able to add 15-25 yards of distance off the tee is a huge advantage and this type of technology allows that to happen.

I absolutely love this driver! It is the straightest, most forgiving club I have ever used. It will definitely increase your confidence on the tee. The sound of impact is a little annoying, but when you see the results, and when your foursome sees the results, no one will remember the sound. Don't think twice on this one- get it!

easy to keep square @ impact, 320 plus drives. sounds awesome. looks cool all around great club. would love to try any other club that feel like this.

Had problems with a slice using my Taylor Made driver and thought the SUMO might help straighten out the drive. Like the fact the SUMO is light and low and behold I can hit the ball further and straighter. Great driver!

I decided to buy this club because I just couldn't swing my TaylorMade Burner Draw any more. My golf professional friend said that the Nike Sumo2 was more "foregiveable" so I thought I'd give it a try. Basically I haven't found much difference from the TaylorMade Burner Draw. It does sound amazing when you hit it in the sweet spot and looks pretty fab hanging out in the golf bag.

I got a great deal on Ebay on this club ($82)and figured it was worth a shot. I had used and liked the Sumo 2 460 but my 13 year old liked it even more so into his bag it went. I'm a 46 yr old recreational golfer who has only recently returned to the game. My handicap at this moment is probably around 14. When I first got my 5900 I struggled some off the tee. My usual swing speed and ball placement would end up with a wicked top spin that drove the ball into the ground 75 yards in front of the tee box. After some adjustment to my swing that involved loosening my grip a little more,teeing up higher and moving slightly closer to the ball the true strengths of this club started showing. I'm now driving the ball down the center of fairways and, according to my skycaddie SG5, usually in the 255-280 yd range. With my Taylormade Burner I could sometimes get 270 or so but most of the time it was left or right of center. I never knew for sure where it was going to end up. The 5900 isn't foolproof but it's pretty darn close with a consistent swing. It's showing to be much more forgiving on my non-consistent strokes as well. Even a poorly hit drive can give me 210-220 yards and most times still in the fairway, enough to salvage some par 4's and 5's. I find I can work the ball to the right w/o too much trouble but turning it to the left,while possible, is not easy for me with my outside/in swing tendency. But hey..this club was made to hit it straight, not for working it left and right,and for that I think you will find the 5900 to be a good choice. The club is relatively light,has a good balanced feel,and I found the square head to be a pretty easy adjustment. The sound of the 5900, compared to the 460, is more muffled and "driver like" but I never found either to be that bothersome as long as the drives were going where I wanted! For me, the 5900 is a 5 out of 5.

This one of the best driver you'll ever hit. You get more forgiving accuracy and more distance than you ever thought possible. I would recommend this to everyone from beginner to advanced. I've had many others I thought were good until I tried the Nike SQ Sumo2 5900m It will be hard to beat.

I decided to purchase this item after trying out an identical club. I already owned a Nike Driver but decided to trial the Sumo SQ Model.I like the ease of use, and the visual set-up.

I was put on to this driver by a sales clerk at golf galaxy. I have never been able to hit a driver strait and long, The biggest club I use is a 3 wood. I was so impressed with this club at the virtual range I bought one on ebay. I went to the driving range and was easily flying the ball over 240 yards with minimal hooking. I am very impressed and can not wait to take it to the course and tackle those par 5's. It is well ballanced and when you hit it you know it, just by the feel and the sound of the ball coming off the head.
