Nike Ignite 460 Driver Golf Club

THIS IS ONE WICKED DRIVER! EVEN AT 460cc THE HEAD DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A BASKETBALL BEHIND MY GOLF BALL WHILE PROVIDING AMPLE CONFIDENCE. THIS CLUB IS VERY EASY TO SWING AND GET CONSISTENT RESULTS OUT OF. EASILY THE LONGEST & STRAIGHTEST DRIVER I HAVE EVER PLAYED. THE SOUND AT IMPACT IS A LITTLE MUTED, WHICH IS FINE BY ME, I WOULD PREFER IT DOESNT SOUND LIKE A WINE GLASS SHATTERING. IF YOUR IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW DRIVER.....CHECK THIS ONE OUT!

I bought this driver after buying a 3 and 5 Ignite fairway wood. They both impressed me so much with the added distance, improved accuracy and trajectory that I figured there was no way the drive would fail me! I bought this driver to replace the Nike t40 400cc. I tested the Ignite driver a couple years ago at a local shop that is equipped with all the latest monitors and stuff, and found that I hit the Ignite MUCH better than any of the other drivers in the store including Taylor Made, Cobra, and Callaway . The only problem was.... The price tag on the club at the time was 299.00 so I figured I would just buy the T-40 off Ebay and settle for a year or two:>) The T-40 is an excellent driver in it's own right, but I wanted the confidence of the 460cc head size. I also want to add that I tried the new Sasquatch and found that I hit my T-40 and the Ignite better.
First off I noticed that because this is a higher launch driver than my T-40 it looks very different at address. For some reason it even feels like it is VERY offset. It took me a few rounds to get a good feel on how high to tee the ball and where to put it in my stance, but with a little patience it has proven to be a great driver. It is very workable and very consistent. I am not bombing 350 yard drives or anything but it probably on average added about5-10 yards to my drives. The larger sweetspot really helps with confidence and the extra loft has improved my trajectory. I would reccomend this driver very highly and the 3 and 5 even more!!

I bought this club off ebay and i would say that is okay but it isn't great. I hit it just as good as my wal mart driver

First off, I never received the driver.
Second, Ebay and PayPal allowed the transaction, and took payment.
Third, Ebay and PayPal offered no help in the matter.
I have purchased everything from shirts to a Harley Davidson on Ebay and will not do one more transaction due to the screwing I gaot over this golf club and everyone needs to know if you get screwed on Ebay you will get no help.

The Ignite driver is the longest driver I have ever hit. Even used it still carries as far as if it were new and or a used price . You can't beat it. I've been playing golf for over 40 years and carry a six so i no something about golf.If your looking for a new or used driver give this one a chance YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED .

I have used this club for about a month now and it has really improved my game. Mishits with this club reduce distance, but the ball still goes straight. Overall, this club has helped me hit more consistent and farther drives. I love it!

I'd been using an older driver and being out driven by my buddies, with this club I've gained distance and control. Best money I've spent on golf in a long time. I've had several comments regarding the improvement off the box since aquiring the Nike Ignite driver and I'm currently loking for one for my step-son.

the driver that came with my set got dented up after using it once at the driving range. i decided to try the ignite driver. the driver was a great deal on ebay and arrived quickly and just like described. i have noticed the distance increase the club claims to give you. i would recomend the club to anyone looking to improve their tee offs at a reasonable price.

Decent club head. Horrible shaft. My swing speed is about 90 mph so "whippy" shaft problems should not occur. It did with the Ignite.

I have owned the top 3 drivers in the 2004 Golf Digest Test where the Ignite placed # 1. I've owned the 2nd place ERC and 3rd place Deep Red MAXX. Both were dead straight everytime but i wanted more distance as with every golfer. I got the Ignite, which was the winner. What a horrible mistake that was as 3 out of 10 shots were straight and no longer than the others even when i catch the sweet spot.

Bought the driver about 6 weeks ago and used it in two rounds and seveal times on the range. The clubface is extremely hot and distance is nto a problem. I used an older titliest for years and this driver consistently hit by it 10-15 yards even on mishits. With that said you must have some typ of control to score effectively on the course. I am not Tiger Woods by any strecth (but who is) but this club can amplify a fade into a major slice with no problems. I do think that some of the issue was the Fujikama stock shaft, it is just to flexible if your swing speed is 90mph plus even in the "stiff" shaft. I lacked confidence in this club really after the second week or so and have since sold it. If you have a slower swing speed, need more distance and put a better shaft in this driver it is a good buy in $150 - $200 range. I would not spend more on it, there are better options out there - King Cobra and Titliest.

Very well balanced driver that even at an intimidating 460cc doesn't look or feel like you're swinging a shovel. Can be worked very easily from right to left, left to right, or just bombed down the middle. Has a very nice sound when the ball comes off the face. Doesn't have built in or moveable weights to fix your slice because you don't need em. Doesn't matter how much weight you have in your driver, if you hit the ball with an open face it will slice no matter what. Use this driver to take the fear from your tee shots...make a relaxed, controlled swing and watch it fly past your buddies.

This item is a great deal and I am glad I won. The item brand new is only $150. However, it had a blue launch shaft that is the more modern grafalloy. The shaft alone is worth what I Paid. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

i am a beginning golfer and after using inexpensive (off brand) drivers i can honestly say after getting accustomed to the nike. my game has improved. accuracy and distance has gone nowhere but up. thumbs up!!

is very pleased with it.

I already have 1. I liked it so much I bought another one. the one i bought on e-bay had a stock shaft on it a fujikara regular flex. It was no good for me so i replaced the shaft.

As a beginning golfer, the Ignite offers a great club head size, perfect balance of weight and packages it on a solid flex shaft and grip. I highly suggest this to any level golfer. I know it's going to help elevate my game, at least off of the tee.

Purchased the 460 for my son as a gift. The club looks awesome and hits comparatively to my Taylor R7 425. Not quite as accurate when hit precise, though more forgiving.

Stiff shaft seems to hit well with my swing speed of over 110-115 mph. Since I have a fast draw and swing, I often tend to miss fairways and this seems to improve that some. My Taylor R7 is a bit longer drive with a solid hit. Though on a miss hit, the Nike may have a bit of an adv.

Would like to try the Sasquatch but have not yet. This experience was good and the club as advertised by all. Driver have gotten to wher eit is more of a personal choice and they all perform well from the top mfgs.

What a great purchase , its has changed my game .... for the good . Excellent, it has taking away my low drives and helps me get the ball in the air .

I was very excited to win the Nike Driver. A friend of mine let me try his at the golf course and I was sold on getting one for myself. He told me that he bought his in the store at a great price $160. I called he when I bought mine for under $110.

I'm quite the amature, but I love the feel and simplicity. Accuracy and distance have improved. Very easy to hit and highly recommended.

its amazing, there's nothing else to it i have had it for three years now and i hit about 290 at less every time, and as for accuracy, STRAIGHT!!! good price too.

I love this club,in the begin I was skeptical of Nike Golf. Not anymore this driver has the hottest face of any driver I have ever hit. I played a Titleist 975 LFE, Taylormade R580 XD, and Cobra 440 SZ and the Nike Ingite is the longest.
