Nike Forged Pro Combo Iron set Golf Club

These clubs kick ass!, I have been using some Tommy Armour forged blades for about five years now, and the Pro Combo's blow them away. I'm getting about fifteen to twenty extra yard's on all of my shots. I highly recommend buying these clubs. I can't say enough about them. If your looking for a new set of clubs, then buy the Pro combo's. I'm not talking about the new OS model, but the old set. you won't be unhappy.

These clubs have to be the best set of clubs I have ever owned. I bought mine for 600.00 and it was worth every penny. I went from hitting mid 90's to mid 80's. (After a few rounds of course)

awesome set of clubs...3&4 irons have low center of gravity to get ball in air better, 5, 6, 7 irons have mid cavity backs and 8, 9, and PW are blade designs for awesome feel....all clubs are workable (left to right, or right to left) ....basically if the pros are playin 'em , u know theyre good clubs!

If you can strike a ball worth a darn you need these clubs. They are by far the best irons out there. Don't get the OS version (unless you like a big club head). If you get the first Pro Combo irons you will love the way you can work the ball on command after a little practice. I played Taylormade irons for the last 15+ years and never thought I would change, but I hit these and never looked back. My game is better than ever. Buy these!!!

I love these irons! They were recommended to me by a golf course manager after I told him that I was looking for a cross between Big Bertha's and my Mizuno MP-32's. The Nike Pro Combo irons are a great looking and straight hitting iron. I have won my last 2 tournaments with them and plan to play them for a long time. They give you a lot of feedback and may have a smaller sweetspot than a big bertha but definitely look great at setup and hit straighter than anything I have ever hit. Highly recommend!

Combo means forged cavity back on the 3,4,5 and 6 irons and blades on the 7-PW. Great looking and very solid feel.

Have had mine for about 8 months now and have to say they are absolutely great. Very long and workable. Very easy to control trajectory and make the ball check. On my 2nd round with these clubs I beat my lowest score by 8 and my handicap is still dropping. Great value...for the price you can get them for on eBay and performance they offer you won't find a better set of irons from any brand. 3 & 4 irons are cavity backs for extra forgiveness and to get the ball in the air. 5, 6, & 7 irons are musclebacks for working the ball. 8, 9, & PW are blades for feel.

The clubs are great and their spec is what I need. The only thing a bit disspointing is club's looking. the set of clubs looks played more rounds than what seller said; other than that, everything is great.

Relatively new golfer with minimal experience excited to learn more and these clubs have proved perfect. I've been able to improve my hitting on all irons and have been able to improve my game. Highly recommend these clubs for anyone in my situation! A must have!

I improved my distance & direction a little with this set of club.
Lighter and more stable swing feel. Sounds clear when made a good sweet spot contact. Anyhow, I'm definitely giving is product excellent rating.

These Nike irons are constructed very well as you would expect from a Nike product. These are a professional type of iron in that the heads are standard or tour pro size (not the larger oversized club head). The set is a progression of cavity back in the long irons, muscle back in the mid irons to blade in the short irons. If you are new to golf, I would not recommend these for the beginner.

I have been golfing now for a total of 5 months when I purchased my Pro Combo irons and had switched from a oversized, cavity back set to these Nike Pro Combo irons. I immediately noticed about a 1 to 1 1/2 club distance loss from my previous set of irons. I know it is not the clubs that are to blame for this, but my swing and address of the ball and the switch from oversized to pro sized irons that is to account for the loss in distance. These irons are also less forgiving than the typical cavity back irons (especially when you get into the muscle back and blade irons). You will have to practice the proper swing/stroke to keep an accurate and desired ball flight.

I am gradually adjusting to these irons and am improving my swing, address and distance with every use. I have used them three times now and had to have them lengthened due to my height (6'-2") after the second use. I have gained back about half of the distance I initially loss through adjustments in my swing and stroke and look forward to being able to accomplish better control and distance as I improve my game.

If you are a beginner or novice and not an ambitious and focused person, I would not recommend these irons for you. These irons require a stronger stroke, a good and controlled swing and a bit more experience before attempting to use them (I am extremely ambitious and like to challenge myself in every aspect of my life and that is why I switch to these so early in my game). I would instead recommend a more forgiving full cavity back iron with an oversized head, the reason being is that you will immediately become frustrated with the lack of distance and control you will achieve with these irons and will feel like quitting before you give the game a chance. Perhaps the Nike Slingshot OSS would be a better fit for a beginning golfer. Get a club that will let you enjoy the game at your level.

What I like about the Nike iron is that they are a all around club and fill great. Why I dicided to buy this set of irons the cost was a great buy and the clubs are worth every penny.

Awsome clubs. Better than pictures. Fast shipping. the clubs were shipped with lots of padding to keep the clubs nice. The grips were in better shape than were explained to be.

I went from MP32's to this set of Pro Combo's.. They are way easy to hit... Off a tee the long Irons are like woods... Well balanced and a great feel... I'm a 5 handicap and have played a lot of different sets... Nice job NIKE...

Great product! Improved my game. The only issue i have would be some vibration when contact is made with ball. Could be because the shafts are stiff. Other than that, i am happy with these Irons.

I love the way the clubs feel when I hit them,even on mishits they seem to land around the green.They are great on distance I can hit a 9-iron 150,5-iron 185,and a 3-iron 200 yardsin the air,about 10 or 15 yards farther and straighter then my old clubs.

These Nike Forged Pro Combo Iron set OS stif steel shaft are very excellent.
Easy to use and the distance is just perfect.

I was never a NIKE fan. A friend of mine used the tour model of the pro combos and let me try his second set. I was hooked!!!
I did not realize it was such a difference between the tour model and regulars (this was my fault, should have tried the regulars first). I re-shafted the club heads and they are playing pretty well for me now.
If you are a mid to low handicapper you should get the tour model (they are much more workable). However, if you get this model, re-shaft them with a tour stiff and you will not be disappointed.
They are soft and very responsive. I have played them in hot and cold weather and they are equally on point.
A nice set for the player who wants to get serious or the serious player ready to step up.

These clubs hit very nice, I've tried several and this set hits well. I'm not the best golfer but these clubs took 3 shots off my game.

Great clubs, but not for the high handicap. Not to forgiving on mishits bu pure feel when hit solid. I really like the lines and easy to align and set up with, I found a higher ball flight especially with the 5, 4, and3 irons which was what I was looking for.
