The overallexpereince was good. The product was exactly as described, communication was just OK as I had a question and sent an email and never got a reply. Once I got to them it was too late to change the shipping method so the std shipping method which was all that was offered took almost 10 business days which is way to long. However when the goods arrived they were in good condition and my son really likes the clubs.
