This special 2 CD set; with 3D graphics on the front to go along with the Nightmare Before Christmas Movie in 3D is of course, wonderful.
But, I am a Nightmare Before Christmas fan.:)
Disc one has the entire movie score with 20 tracks.
Disc two has nine additional tracks including 'This is Halloween' by Marilyn Manson. While I am not a huge Manson fan, he did do a great job on this.
The additional tracks are different renditions of; 'Sally's Song' by Fiona Apple, 'What's This' by Fall Out Boy, 'Kidnap The Sandy Claws' by She Wants Revenge, 'This Is Halloween' by Panic! At The Disco, 'Making Christmas (Demon)' by Danny Elfman, 'Oogie Boogie's Song (Demo) by Danny Elfman, 'This Is Halloween (Demo)' by Danny Elfman, 'Kidnap The Sandy Claws (Demo)' by Danny Elfman. Disc one is over an hour long, Disc two, right around 30 minutes.
While disc one provides the ability to listen to the movie all over again, disc two is such a treat with more really cool Nightmare music.
I have 4 kids, we are all Nightmare Fans and this CD is bound to be one of our favs. I was able to get a new disc on ebay for under $15 delivered.

this is a great cd for all the nightmare before christmas fans, get a copy and get ready for a great experience, you cant believe how good the new cover songs are.

Nightmare Before Christmas: Special Edition (CD)
) I am a grown-up but I admit it: I love the movie Nightmare Before Christmas. I enjoy the quirky characters in the Movie and even though I'm not normally a big fan of Musicals, I love the soundtrack and the songs. What's especially great about this special Edition CD is, that you get an extra cd with some of the songs sung by eg. Marolyn Manson and the director himself - Danny Elfman. If you're a fan of the movie, you'll love the soundtrack. It conveys the same funny and mysterious atmosphere as the movie:-)

Never get enoughIf you love the sounds of Nightmare, then you will double your pleasure with this CD. The extra's of Marilyn Manson cover of This is Halloween and the Danny Elfman versions of the rest is great listening.

CD with great service.Even with the Post Office debacle and the inability to deliver the original order, I contacted the seller multiple times. They considered the delays and did the right thing, they sent out the CD with priority overnight delivery without charge. This has been the only time that this has happened since I have participated in the Ebay community --- in all other cases the seller did not cooperate. I am very please and thankful that there are still honest and good intended sellers that DO exists in this medium of retail. Thank you again and I look forward to doing business with you again.

Getting the kids what they want AND earn!I bought this CD for my daughter. We give are kids incentives each term for good grades and this CD is what she wanted as her incentive. She wanted this CD because she loves Nightmare Before Xmas. I think the only thing she doesn't like on the CD is one of the songs sang by Marlyn Manson("It creeps me out."). She does like the fact that it has original songs sang by both original artists and new artists. She loves the CD, it's exactly what she wanted and expected and it will go nicely with the rest of her N.B.C. collection.

My granddaughter wanted it. We had to pay right away. But it was nearly 4 wks. before she finally got it. I never used it. But my granddaughter never mentioned weather it was any good or not. She had given up hope of getting it. I did see her riding her bicycle with head phones listening to it. So I think she was satisfied. Thats why we never left any feed back. I wanted to talk to her about it. But never got too.

) A nice stroll through the music of the movie. If it was memorable for you, then you will like this disc. Disc 2 of this set are remakes of the main songs of the soundtrack, including a really good version of "This is Halloween" by Marylin Manson. All in all, a fun disc set!

Great CD highly recommended, Enjoyed the detail of the Music, I will listen to it mover and over again. I was inspired by the music, would highly recommended the CD. The wording is great and story line is super. Listen to it over and over again.
