I bought this series as a christmas gift for my 3rd grader. We have read a couple of the titles, they are very fun to read and they are very nice...I've read several other series that the children are rude or use incorrect vocabulary. The Magic Tree house series is really a good read for children!

) I purchased two sets of these books. We have grandsons aged 7,6, and 4 years old in two separate families. All three boys are delighted with the books. I gave them five of the books for Cristmas, and have just given them the next five. They were thrilled and wanted them read immediately. I will give them the remaining books at Easter. According to one of them, "We are the bestest grandparents ever."
