Nickent Genex 3DX Ironwood DC Fairway Wood Golf Club

My new iron set only came with 4-pw so I needed to fill the gap between my 3w and 4i with either a 3i or a 3-hybrid. One of my buddies plays a Nickent 4dx and I caught the 3dx at a really great price in fantastic condition with the stock Stiff shaft. This club is phenomenal. The head is very forgiving on slight mishits, but you know when you mess up. It makes a nice little tink sound when you pure it. Granted most of the success is from the shaft and my swing, it's still a great club to have. Very easy to hit.

Great clubs for the money. Seem to be easier to hit, for me, than the Cobra hybrids. Have a 1 ironwood that is a little difficult to it well but may just need some time.

If this club hits like my 7 hybrid it should be pure golf within 200 yards out.Nickent makes very good hybrids that hit straight and pretty long. Should lower anyone score.

I bought this club to replace my 3-wood.I know I can't hit it as far as a 3-wood,but the accuracy makes up for the distance.I hit this club where I aim it! Not so with the 3wood!!I'm glad I tried it!!! Great club!

Gets the ball high and lands soft on the green! Easier to hit than an 2 iron with the same distance! You keep it in the fairway because this club is so forgiving!

With the UST V2 shaft, (one of the standard factory options), this is a real sweet club. Hybrids have replaced my long irons, and I prefer the more boring trajectory of the Genex 18 degree hybrid over my five wood which can balloon on occasion. I recommend hybrids in every golfers bag and the Nickent brand is among the best. Many tour pros are using them (Nickent), especially on the Nationwide Tour where the big endorsement deals are not an option for most, so they are playing what works the best...so they can get to the big time! I saw this club in many a bag last time I went to one of their events.

LOVE THE CONCAVE HEAD DESIGN. SO EASY TO HIT . CAN NOT BELEIVE NICKENT WOULD CHANGE THE HEAD LOOK AWAY FROM THIS. BUT THEY DID. SO GRAB THESE WHILE YOU CAN.

This is the third Nickent Hybrid I've purchase on Ebay. Not only are these clubs beautiful, they play like a dream. Swing easy and the ball rockets off the clubface. They're not only accurate, but have a "perfect balance" feel to them that I haven't experienced with several other hybrids I've tried. They are really a great buy!!

The club head have the correct size that we need from a Ironwwod,and the shaft match perfectly. Great club.

3 Dx- #1 Hybrid, stiff shaft.
The club is a wonder with the proper swing and ball position. Hit is well & hard and its like a frozen rope and long. Definitly an asset for tight Par 4s and 2nd shots on Par 5s,the ball runs, but must have a good lie.

I am a 15 handicapper that is used to hitting my #2 Taylor Made Rescue Hybrid whenever I am in trouble. I purchased a new set of Taylor Made OS Irons without a 3 iron, so I decided to try out the Genex 3DX. Feel: The weight and feel of this hybrid is perfectly weighted. The shaft is UST SR2 made for this hybrid - perfectly matched. My TM Rescue was matched with Aldila NV Hybrid and I thought that was a matched as well. Nickent took their time and research on this combo. The added inserts - I think they are made of tungsten felt great when you swing it. I swing an average of 85-90 mph and the club squares up almost 90% everytime. The average distance for this #3 hybrid is around 200 yds for me. On the fairway or the rough, I always pull this club out now instead of the Rescue since I feel more confidence on this club when is squares on my address. The ball flight on fairways are almost perfect every hit. On a sweet hit - it will go out up to 230 yds - so I need to control the distance at times. This is definitely the perfect hybrid for troubled rough.

I tried this product at a local Pro Golf retailer and fell in love with it. I have never been able to hit my woods off the fairway and wanted to try a hybrid. The Nickent 3DX 3 ironwood with 20 degree loft was just what I needed. I have used the club for 3 rounds so far and have loads of confidence. I use it off the tee with great accuracy and 230 yards of distance. I finally have a club I can hit from the fairway. My last round was the first time par 5's were reachable in two. I'm considering the 4 wood to add to my arsinal next.

My 19 degree Nickent 3DX hybrid goes as far as my older generation 15 degree three metalwood ever did. The only thing is it goes straight and will stop on the green!! I use it now off tee on tight or tricky fairways and my handicap has dropped 3 strokes this summer already.

Do yourself a favour...replace everything above the 5 iron with these things!!

This is a great, no frills design. I love this hybrid as it gives me a nice piercing trajectory and GREAT distance. I'm now reaching 550+ yard par 5's in two going Cobra F Speed LD then Nickent hybrid. The DC sets up nicely at address, sounds great at impact, and feels very solid on good hits. I tried the Cleveland Hi-Bore, the cobra baffler, and the Callaway X in addition to the Nickent and I liked the Nickent much more than the others. I highly recommend it.

This was not the first hybrid to go into my bag, or the first one that I hit, it is by far the best. Every thing from the way the club sets up at address to the sound of impact and the feel are just fantastic.

Nickent gives you a club that instills confidence. Unlike the Adams, Ping, TM or a slew of others that, at address, give you the feeling that you are looking down at a huge angled face; the Nickent lines up like a trusty 3 or 4 wood. You dont feel you have to work to make good contact or get the ball into the air. The balance is excellent and with that you can pull off different shots like a draw, fade or even a stinger into the wind and get distance.

The sound of a flush hit and an off center hit stays consistant, a nice high pitched ping, but when paied with the V2 UST shaft those off center hits are still playable.
