Still works great, no scratches on the screen, just a few on the body...seems pretty tough. Although it doesn't have as many "cool features" and "toys" it is a good phone. The only other setback is its a bit thick and bulky...wish it was smaller. Good reception as far as Nextel goes...just wish it had come free w/a package....didn't at the Sprint Store...oh well..cheapest phone there and good value, just not very pretty. I dealt with two separate companies on ebay and found that both of them falsify there products.. Out of both expierences I found that the phones had problems and where not useable. I purchased 3 phones and all were bad. I did get a refund , however i lost all my shipping expenses. They only refunded the price of the phones and not the shipping cost I paid on my bid items.
