A NEW LOOK AT NEEDLEPOINT is one of the best basic needlepoint books I have in my library. Being a retired needlework/yarn shoppe owner, I used this as a teaching manual and included it in the list of class supplies I required my students to use. With this in your collection, you can create almost anything in needlepoint. I still have my first well-worn copy, but when I saw this one, I jumped at the chance to buy it because it has been out of print for a good while. It should be required reading for all would-be needlepointers. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 12.
