Have only started reading, but I can tell, it is well written in an easy to understand format (laymans terms), and quite thorough. I bought the book on he advise of my GI doctor who misdiagnosed me as having GERD, thus, mis-medicating and causing IBS symptoms. Hopefully the books content will guide me back to some sort of normalcy.
