wonderful cookbook a must have. easy to understand and a great value. the recipes do not taste low fat at all. the shrimp and sweet potato soup is very easy to cook and taste wonderful. This cookbook would be a great gift for anyone.

I saw Holly Clegg on Fox & Friends one day fixing some healthy salads etc. So I decided to give her book a try. Everything I have made in the book has been very good. My family even likes the recipes - they can be kind of picky. The book is filled with lots of pictures which help to decide what to try. Recipes are filled with lots of flavor. Easy to prepare and easy to find ingredients. Each recipe has the nutritional information. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for healthy things to cook.

This is a great colorful cookbook.The receips are healthy.I bought it because I wanted healthy choices,for the diet,and life style changes to help me loose weight,I wanted to make.It is thick high priced cookbook,that I got for a great price!I think you would be very happy with your choice.

Have always enjoyed her recipes. They are tasty and nutritious. Have had two other books of hers for several years. We have already made several of the dishes in the current book and they are very good. We do have to cut the recipes in half as there are only two of us. That hasn't been too difficult. We certainly don't need to cook for eight!

My husband recently received a report from his doctor that his triglycerides were sky high and that we needed to work on getting the number down quickly. We ordered this book to start the process and I decided to do it with him as it is easier when you have a buddy. This book is excellent! We have tried about 15 recipes so far and have not been disappointed with any of them. The chicken fajita pizza is phenomenal and the Southwestern Rice Salad is also delicious. My husband has lost 10 lbs and I have lost 8. If you are looking for some new healthy receipes, this book is for you! Looking forward to additional purchases of Holly Clegg cookbooks.

All of the items needed for the recipes are in my pantry and what wonderful recipes. Some great old standards but with a lighter twist. I have recruited 3-4 people to start using the book! Superb!!!
