This is an excellent book for intermediate bodybuilders. High intensity bodybuilding emphasizes slow movement, full range of motion, and each set completed to failure. High intensity training emphasize intensity while decreasing the number of sets and reps. A begining bodybuilder will also find this book interesting, but will likely have difficulty with this high level of intensity. The book contains 223 pages including photos of many champion bodybuilders.
