I first saw this book in our local library- I just purchased my second copy! Of the hundreds of books I've read or own about herbs, this is my favorite. It is well written, superbly organized, beautifully illustrated and packed cover to cover with useful information. The wide range of information includes growing, harvesting and using herbs in crafts, cooking, cosmetics, and medicinals. All of the information is clear and down to earth. The recipes and instructions are practical and easy to understand.
Whether you are just beginning with herbs or you've enjoyed them for years, you will love this book!
