I found this to be very helpful and informative. It is an eating plan for life, rather than a diet. I t includes recipes in the back, and helpful hints about healthy eating. It is for all people, not just those trying to lower their cholesterol. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to feel better.

) This book was a life saver. The approach by Mr. Kowalski is indeed easy to follow and the information is a whole new way to look at a cholesterol issue, without drugs! I am soooo glad I bought this book!

would like to know why i can not write a bad review about the seller -Daystar books. I realize it does not belong in this catagory, however, when I wanted to write my review, it was rejected. Just want to say beware of this seller, the book I purchased was marked and passages were underlinded and I even found a boarding pass in the book. I hope someone will read this. HELP

I'm a skeptic, but since I suffered a heart attack this year, I thought I give this book a try! Unreal, it worked, my blood pressure is way down, I've discontinued my beta blocker, still take my water pill, and my B.P. is 110/65 avg. I've had two cholesterol tests, 1st one total ch=124.........2nd test= 118!! I guess this doctor (that almost died from a heart attack at the age of 35)made a motivated researcher!!!even the circulation to my feet has improved.......Ah, warm feet again!
