I have read several books on how to tackle the sales game. I have also been exposed to a large amount of the information available on the web regarding how to improve your performance in sales, particularly prospecting for sales. I receive Frank's e-letters and feel like I have a good handle on what he is saying. I ordered this book and looked forward with much enthusiasm to it's arrival. I read it cover to cover. Unfortunately, it is more fluff than substance. While his ideas are generally sound, his techniques do not deliver on the promise of being able to prespect new sales effectively without cold calling.
