Nevada Ghost Towns and Mining Camps by S.W. Paher (1970, Book, Illustrated)

I had this book in the 1970's and it was stolen, so I was very glad to find another of the same book. It would take thousands of hours and incalcuable money to research and find all of the locations listed in this book. It is not only great historical reading, it is an accurate map to places now no longer recalled in other books, and some beautiful places to camp and "beachcomb" for antique bottles and artifacts. I took so many great photos of the remains of camps and ghost towns I found from following the directions in this book. I even found homes with wallpaper still on the walls, bank safes left behind at the vacating of towns, and no longer known telegraph lines across the desert. If you love the open desert as I do..find this book !
