This NetGear router can be configured for both private networks and public hotspots. The advanced security and privacy features inherent in this NetGear router include a double firewall (NAT and SPI), Multi-VPN (pass-through) support, and next generation wireless encryption WPA (pre-shared key). The NetGear WGT624 wireless router supports both DHCP and PPPoE, and hence has wide implementability.
