Need for Speed Underground Rivals (PlayStation Portable, 2005)

NEED FOR SPEED racing games are and always are going to be the BEST RACING GAMES ON THIS PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not as good as NFS Carbon OTC, but a decent chapter in the franchise. Hard to find good racing games that feature authentic branded and spec cars, NFS is good for that, but sometimes spotty with control and level difficulty. Hard to find cheats (for those so inclined).
Worth buying. I'm not eager to buy used games, tried this seller and found them to be as advertised.
Probably, in my opinion, the best is NFS Own The City, followed by Midnight Club Dub Edition.

Nor bad, the cars handles good, not enough parts to upgrade, you have to play most wanted on a console so u will understand the storyline, because they dont on psp, they just show u actions on the loading screens, that is why I choose good for this game.

i like the game. i usally like playing racing games. it wasnt like the other need for speeds but it was straight. and why do the dileverys alwasys have to take so long.

This is my first time with the NFS series. A little old, but cheaper to give a try. I think this is an easy game to get used to. Gets quite hard towards the end, but still allows you to win, even with little mistakes. I'm not finished yet, but I think the graphics are great. I can't seem to put down my PSP!
If you haven't tried a NFS game, not a bad place to start. You'll probably want to have the rest, cause I'm planning on buying a new one very soon.

Great game, makes a great addition to your nfs collection. Adds that racing experience we all loved from the first underground to the psp. Considering I have owned every nfs since the first title for the Playstation,I think this deserves the name it was given.

Ok, first of all, ask yourself "Am I obsessed with the computer/console versions of this franchise?" if you answer yes, then finish reading this after you buy it. IT IS DOMINANT! It was one of my fave games on the computer, and the PSP version is sweet too. Same kind of graphics, same cars, but a little less of the upgrades :(

Fabulous gameplay is QUADRUPLED when you get a group of PSPers with this game, and play multiplayer ad-hoc mode. It will rock your world, getting you and yer mate's to sweat and yell as you try to win, just so everyone else will get the X over their name with OWNED on it!

Play this game. It won't dissapoint.

This game was great. The comtrol layout was perfect, it felt like you were actually in the car itself, sceaming around the turns. Nothing beats the NFS drag races, those are the funnest things available in any game today. If you want an exciting game that will keep you occupied. Buy this game.

The soundtrack was cool, the cars so detailed and races good too, not so much race tracks but the ones it have, its quite impressive.

Ok, let me be the first to admit: I am not a fan of every need for speed game that comes out. In fact, my favorite games of the series are the "Need for Speed Underground" ones on PS2 and X-box. The minute I found out that there was a PSP version of an "Underground" game, I just knew I had to give it a try. This version of the game never dissappointed me in any way. On the contrary, it completely surprised me on so many levels. One of the things I loved was the vast assortment of vehicles in the game. There are 20 different cars and each of them drives differently than the other one. I still have trouble picking out my favorite car to this date! The second thing I love about this game is the car customizing ability. From body kits, to rims, and even paint types, pretty much anything can be changed about a car. I have literally spent minutes just customizing cars even before I get to race them! The third thing that I like about this game is the unique race types. There are 8 race modes, and each of them will keep you on your toes the whole time. All in all, this is one of the best games I have played for the PSP. I still enjoy playing it from time to time, even months after I purchased it.

when i got the game in the mail i looked at it at it was very very dirty. so i cleaned it and it still didnt even work.ok so i put it in a replacement case and it still didnt work!!!
