Navy Blues by Debbie Macomber (2003, Paperback, Reprint)

THIS WAS A GOOD BOOK. IT WAS NOT ONE OF THE FAVORITES OF DEBBIE MACOMBERS WORK, BUT THEN AGAIN, I LOVE THE SERIES SHE HAS ON THE CEDAR COVE LINE. I AM INTERESTED IN THESE CHARACTERS AND THE WAYS THAT THEY INTERTWINE THEIR LIVES. SHE MAKES THE PEOPLE SEEM SO REAL AND YOU ALMOST FEEL SORRY FOR THEM SOMETIMES WITH THE PAIN THEY MUST FEEL. IN THIS PARTICULAR BOOK, I THINK THAT THE SEX SCENES WERE A LITTLE MORE GRAPHIC THAN I LIKE, AND ONCE YOU GET THE IDEA THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME INTIMACY, I THINK THAT THE SUGGESTION OF SUCH DOES MORE FOR THE STORY THAN GIVING IN GREAT DETAIL HOW IT EVOLVED. I WILL CONTINUE TO READ HER BOOKS, AND I HOPE TO MEET THE AUTHOR SOMEDAY BUT EVEN AS MUCH AS I LOVE HER NOVELS, THIS ONE WAS JUST A GOOD BOOK, NOT EXCELLANT AND I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THAT FACT. GOOD READ FOR BED, BUT NOT TO GET LOST IN, LIKE I DO SOME OF THE OTHERS SHE HAS WRITTEN.

i loved the book. it was hard to find and i needed to complete my series. i will continue to purchase on ebay, the seller was a 5 star ebayer and i will do business with them again.

I loved the book because it's part of a series & I now have all of them. The series is also by one of my favorite authors "Debbie Macomber" What would I do without ebay???????????

I love this serious! I myself am a Navy wife. I can relate so well. Just like the first one, Navy Wife, I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to get started on the third one in the series!
