    I purchased the Navigon 2100 as my first GPS. The NAVIGON® 2100 is slim, stylish, easy to use. It has a 3.5" touchscreen display, simple to maneuver menus and coast-to-coast map coverage . Navigating the road is made easier with spoken turn-by-turn directions including street names. The Reality View provides realistic 3D map view of some complex intersections. It has points-of-interest pre-loaded, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, etc. Another feature is Automatic Speed Warnings (YOU MIGHT WANT TO TURN THIS ONE OFF !) This unit is new so you might wait for a while till they workout the bugs, my unit gave up the ghost after one month. Customer support was poor, however the retailer stood behind the product and sent me a new one when Navigon customer support drug their feet. PS the mounting device for the windshield
    lets loose with regularity - my screen finally shattered!!!

    The navigon 2100 is a very user friendly item. Great door to door directions the real time animations are very helpful especially as you are traveling down the highway. The warnings it will give if you happen to be speeding are also very nice to keep one out of trouble. The settings are very versatile due to how you would like your navigation system to work and look for you. Its is also protected due to the product id number from theft. As soon as you register your product you get free updates (everyone loves free) Overall I give this little technological miracle an A+ for design (small compact) And complete function.
    I hope this review was helpful to those who are looking for a reliable name brand inexpensive navigation for those travels to where ever you may roam.
