
Nautilus Aerobics Plus - High Impact Aerobics
A little dated (outfits only) but still an excellent workout. There's not a lot of hardcore jumping, and no mixed boxing moves or Tae Bo type stuff, just a good, high impact aerobic workout that goes for approximately 45 minutes including cool down and needs no special equipment whatsoever. I found it easy to learn the routine, but not too easy! I work up a good sweat with this tape. This is the type of aerobic workout I prefer, along with Michelle LeMay in her aerobic heyday. For weights I like Cory Everson. This video is part of a series Nautilus put out in the late 80's/early 90's but this is the best of the Nautilus Aerobics Plus series.
