I loved that they mentioned that there was a blemish on the book I bought. Turns out that I couldn't even find that blemish. My wife was on me to buy her this book and I purchased it at a more than reasonable price. Thank you for your excellent service!

Nanny 911 changed my life!This is an excellent book that I recommend to all stressed out parents. It literally changed my relationship w/my 3 yo son. Even reading it is calming. It also details situations with older kids, so I can use it as a resource guide when my son gets older. EXCELLENT BOOK!

Nanny 911 is a GREAT book it is helping my family out a lot, My grandchildren were out of controll. One grandchild is 7yrs. old and has been kicked out of 2 Schools and is now suspended out of his third school, he was haveing a lot of proublems staying with his birth mom during the week and with my daughter and his dad on weekends but this book is helping them out Thank You. Happy Grandma
