
Nancy Silverton's Breads fron La Brea Bakery
This book is a wonderful addition to a cook's library. The resulting breads prepared with home grown yeast, which is the focus of this book delivers wonderful bread in the European tradition comparable to what can be bought at the best bakeries anywhere. I complement this book with Maggie Glezer's, Artisan Baking, 2005 which provides a better level of detail with more pictures showing "how to" step by step and also great recipes. Enjoy!
