***This is a heart touching story of a straight women who is living with being HIV positive. It is a very important and life saving book! There are so many people who have this disease but are scared to talk about it. One of my family members was in this situation, there were no groups for straight people with HIV. They have no one to ask questions or understand how they feel, Marvelyn Brown had the courage to step out and help others! She will touch many peoples lives with this book! I am so glad I found it!

This book was excellent what I loved about this story is how she began her story about her life as young girl grew up in a ghetto life style kinda made me relate to the story even more. I really brought this book for my child then she read the book in about 3 days so i decieded to read it because she was telling me how good the book was. I read it in one day couldnot put the book down. What I didnot like about the book was nothing every part of this book was great parts wasnot bored with her story line at all.

Im in a bookclub and a member picked this book. I read this in 3 days its a page turner. I could not put it down. I like the way that in the book she learned from her mistakes and wanted to educate others.
