Great for beginners with good recording quality

To the good stuff first:
An inexpensive, yet still effective choice for beginner and occasional voice recordings!
Simple to use. You plug it in, set your computer preference to the USB mic input, switch on the mic and you are ready to go. It works with any sound recording software and can be used on skype or similar.
Since it is not a condenser microphone, it is less sensitive when being handled and made to move around with it, not affecting the recording. Perfect to show off your singing/ dancing on sites for others to admire.
Not so great specs:
The initial sound recordings are low in volume and need a lot of boost through your recording software to keep up with any other instrument or voice tracks combined.
As it is common for dynamic cardioid mics, you need to sing/speak into the top of the microphone to get best quality of your recording.
If you are looking to have better overall recording quality, a condenser USB microphone may be a better choice.
