NIV Audio Bible Dramatized (2001, Unabridged, Compact Disc)

I believe the Bible to be the Word of God--the absolute truth--in a day that anything goes. The Bible is unlike any other book in that God's spirit interacts with the human spirit as we come in contact with the Word. He guides and interperts and comforts us as we read or listen to His Word. In my busy life of working full time and being involved in other things besides trying to keep my house up I decided I would begin listening to the Bible for added strength and guidance--sort of sulbiminal teaching. I bought the CD's to add to my ipod to use when I go to the gym, to listen to while I drive back and forth to work, and while I do my housework and get ready for work. These CD's are great because there is music to accompany the reading plus it is a dramatic reading. Different voices read different parts which adds interest. Everything that goes into our subconscious adds to what our conscious minds draws upon to make decisions. We must be careful what we allow into our subconscious. Fill your subconscious with TV and X-rated movies and reap a life based on those principles. Fill your subsconscious with God's Word and reap a life based on God's pure principles. These CD's are great to feed your subconscious upon. I plan to buy more set of them for our children and grandchildren. The NIV is a great version of the Bible in an understandable version of English. I highly recommend it.
