NFL Indianapolis Colts Road to XLI (2007, DVD)

this tops my collection i love it and i can see the patriots lose it amazing, and any dvd with the colts is great and this was at a great price A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ in my book

I absolutely love these DVDs. Being an Indy fan sice I was twelve when the team arrived on the Mayflower in 1984, I actually cried when Marlin Jackson intercepted Tom Brady's pass in the title game. These games are nearly flawless. They show the entire broadcasts except when teams are in the huddle and even show replays. You get Cris Collinsworth's commentary on the KC game (Tony Gonzales does a very funny Scarface imitation in the pregame intro), Dan Dierdorf in the Baltimore game, and Phil Simms in the AFC title and Superbowl. My only nitpick is they don't show the Lamar Hunt trophy presentation after the Pats game (I waited 23 years for the colts to win it, lol). But they do show the Lombardi presentation after the Superbowl. If you are a diehard Colts fan, this is a must have for your library.

One of the best things about the NFL in recent years is its "Road To" series, which contain all the post-season games, including the Super Bowl broadcasts, of recent championship teams. These are the complete games as originally broadcast (minus the commercials and halftime entertainment)--not just highlights. Available are packages for the '05 Steelers, '06 Colts (this item) and '07 Giants. I think the league will be doing this every year now. Great idea.

If you enjoy the stories behind football this is a tremendous set of DVD's that really shows the progression of the Colts as a team in 2006. I love how fast the games move without any commercials and the broadcast is easy to follow. This is a must have for any football fan.
