The work NFL Films put into these videos, not only into the Steelers' five Super Bowl championhsips but EVERY Super-Bowl winning team since Super Bowl I, is simply mindboggling.

if they were your favorite team in the 70s till now, this will be the best documentary will ever see on a sports team. i have only seen the sb 9 and 10 dvds so far, but take this steeler freaks word for it, this is cash well spent.

Hello! As a lifelong Pittsburgh-area resident and Pittsburgh Steelers fan, I bought this DVD set to have something to watch on Snowy/Rainy days and to help me get all fired up for football season. This set is WAY better than I thought it was going to be, my family even enjoyed watching it. I have watched them all over and over. Dwight White, Rocky Bleier, Joe Greene, and Joey Porter give wonderful and enteraining interveiws. Dwight White and Joey Porter are hillarious in their story telling with their behind the scenes stories of Chick Noll, Bill Cowher, and Terry Bradshaw. DVD also include great interveiws by lesser know but majorly important past Steelers such as John Banazack, Randy Grossman, and Mike Wagner. Andy Russel gives great and funny insight of how Chuck Noll was hired and got rid of all but 6 players from his original Steelers team because they "were skilled enough, but just were any good".
This DVD would be great for ANY football fan, not just Steelers fans. The NFl Networks "America's Game" series is one of the best film productions ever about the NFL. You will enjoy this DVD very much, it is almost 5 hours of footage with an extra 30 minutes of extra footage on each DVD. "Dwight White talking about former Colts QB Bert Jones is great".
For the Pittsburgh Steelers fan who lived through the 1970's Super Steelers this DVD will make you want to get off work at the steel mill early, dig out the platform shoes with the goldfish in them, slide on your skin tight polyester pants and rayon sweaters, roll your side burns long and head out to the disco! For 2005 Steelers fans this will make you feel like it 2005 again.

I bought this set for my husband for his birthday. He is a die-hard Steelers fan who has all the shirts, hats, etc that he could ever need. This was by far the best Steelers item I have ever bought. He has loved each one. The game clips, interviews and commentary are all fantastic. The Joey Porter interviews are the most entertaining. Great gift idea for the Steelers fan who has everything!

Love the DVD's. Perfect set for the die hard steeler fan. Has all the championship years. Love the comentaries by all the hall of famers. This should be a must in your collection if your a fan of the greatest team there is.

I've been a Steelers fan since I was a little guy in the mid 80s. Naturally I grew up hearing the 70s dynasty stories and seeing the highlights from time to time, but I never got to see what those teams were about. After watching the stories of those 70s championship teams and hearing said stories from the players themselves on the DVDs I see where the mystique comes from. The idea for this series was fantastic and I hope they continue to honor each champion in this fashion.

I first saw this program on the NFL Network featuring the 2005 Steelers and Super Bowl 40. I then found out that the Americas Game series covered all of the Steelers Super Bowl seasons and looked for the boxed set on ebay. It is terrific. If you like the 30 minute NFL Films Super Bowl reviews, you will love these! Each program takes you through the entire season with player interviews, old interviews, and some great vintage game footage. VERY VERY WELL DONE - a must for any true Steeler fan. Buy the boxed set as opposed to the individual dvd's - its a much better deal. You cant beat it for the price, makes a great gift.
