NASCAR Racing: 2003 Season (PC Games, 2003)

Pros: I like every thing about this game but... Cons: You need a fast computer.

Compared to Nascar Racing 3 this is a LOT better. It has extreamly good graphics and the realisome is breath taking. Your car can flip over and rip appart. Your pit crew is animated as well as all of your aponets pit crew. Your windshield gets dirty as you race and they have the rules to the game some what like in real life.

If you want a realistic and authentic NASCAR game and have Windows XP, Pentium III or greater processor, more than 300*-1G MB RAM, Direct3D compatible video card and a steering wheel then this is the game for you. Thanks for reading my two sence about what I have to say about this awsome product.

*The requirments are 128 MB RAM but I say you need A LOT.

There is Nothing that compares to this game on the market. Even tho this is an older game, it is by far the best that has ever been produced. I have been using racing sims for a long time (since nascar ledgends)and nothing compares or even comes close to the effect you get when playing this game. You won't be disappointed.

The only thing that I regret. I should have gotten the game sooner. I would have gotten it cheaper, and I would have all that time to patrice. But everything else was great. From my opening bid, to the fast delievery. There was a small glitch with transferring ofmy funds. It all came together.

I didn't think I would enjoy this game as much as I do. It's no wonder that NASCAR drivers use it for practice. The game physics are amazing and the tracks and cars are endless with all of the mod sites out there.

This is the best Nascar game ver created, PERIOD. Nothing even comes close to this game. Get it while you can because this game is just about bought up. Too bad EA Sports couldn't keep the tradition going.

I bought this about a month ago to get into online racing. I tried NASCAR Simracing by EA Sports, but the majority of the quality online racers use NR2003, so I bought it from a guy who had it in his closet, unopened, for 4 years. He got a heck of a deal because I won the auction for $117, and the pricetag was $29.99. Worth every penny. This simulator is far superior to the newer EA Sports version. The modeling is 4 years old but still holds up well. There are a ton of mods available from lots of racers online to update the cometition to any year or series you can think of. You can even contribute to the community by designing your own car, crew, or even tracks if you really know what you are doing. The only knock is that it is tough to get good online experience, which is really needed to race competitively. I guess that is simply the result of the popularity with serious racers - a noob like me will take some significant seat time to acquire the level of experience I need to compete, which is not only realistic, but the way it should be. Earn your ride!

I like the way the seller took my money over five weeks ago, and failed to send me the game. I also like waiting to see if I will ever get any of my money back. The best part is the warm and fuzzy feeling I have now about buying things from EBAY, and my faith in the EBAY system. I'm a happy camper. I enjoy thinking about playing the game I didn't recieve, and what I would do to the arsehole seller if I got him in somewhere I could explain to him how I feel. In fact, I'd throw away another $87 just to get my hands on him.

I have had Nascar Racing 2003 from its initial release and have enjoyed thousands of hours of race time. This is not a game, it is a simulation for sure. I have tried the later releases of Nascar games and have been sadly disapointed. This game stands up to the test of time.

Game play never tires out due to 3rd party dowloads that are available, you can dowload 2006 paint schemes and cars into this version.

Online play is super. Leagues are out there for the true racing fan, imagine taking the green flag at Daytona with a full field of "human controlled" cars. Nascar Racing 2003 can make it happen.

I love Nascar and video games. Has 2002 season for a long time. 2003 is incredible, I love it. So many more features and better graphics. Bought it from eBay because it's pretty much the only place I have ever found it, rare game. A+

It is an amazing gme that is more realistic tha the ones for the consoles. It also has a variety of downloads for series adn tracks. Ranging from COT to Trucks and from Dirt to short tracks to figure 8. A++++++++ buy if you like racing.

This is by far the best nascar game ever created. It feels like you are driving an actual car. If I had to choose between this and EA's Nascar simracing, this would be it by a long shot. Also, you can get online and download carsets and paintschemes and series into this game.

Nascar racing 2003 season is where it is at!! Everyone in the country wants this version of Nascar because this is where most people do their on line racing. It is the thrill of nascar in a PC game!

First off I'm a racing nut. If you want to know what these guys experience, get this game. the graphics are very real from track to track and the ability to adjust your car in so many ways is unbelievable. I would like to know if ther is a newer version out there?

spent 100.00 on a 10 dollar game.But i got lucky and sold it it back.Nascar sim racing 2005 is a much better game.and the online play wasnt much fun..

I have the 2002 version and really see no big difference.So people aside from being the last game sierra made.I'm not bad mouthing the game,there the best.EA
has not made a nascar game I like.02 and 03 are simular,so if you want to save some money and still have a great game buy the 2002 version.Have fun.

My squad I have people in it that race 2003 reason for years. The game is excellent. Should have got it in 2003 but was doing other things. It's the most realistic game that I ever played. I really love Nascar so it's great to play something that actually makes you think that you're actually the driver.

This is by far the best racing game ever!! The thing I like the most about this game is that you can design, paint, and race your own paint schemes on your race cars.
