I only feel worse about myself now. The one thing this book relies on is your own ability to create mental movies and be incredibly in tune with your deepest inner emotions. It says go back to a memory when you felt insecure. Now take that memory and replay it in your mind with Dim lighting and Funny background music. There...now how do you feel about that memory? It's better isn't it? Keep playing that scene over and over making it farther and farther away until you can't even see it. Feelings of insecurity are now gone....yeah,right!
