SKINNY PUPPY - Mythmaker - 2007

This release proves to be another masterpiece, much like 2004's The Greater Wrong of the Right. After D.R's death, there didn't seem to be much life left in Skinny Puppy and I am glad they showed me how wrong I was. Mythmaker has more of the sound t.G.W.o.t.R. contained than any previous release while still being easily recognized as SP. These last two discs have a definite and refined industrial sound, which always pleases me.
Any fan will surely purchase this and I believe they will convert new fans as well.
Let's hope they tour on this one. The last tour was incredible.

) i have been a big skinny puppy fan for the last 15-20 yrs. very impressed with this album and it have some great songs on it . great sound and one of my favorites .....some iovation in their sound that is a weclome change , all positive , top 5 cds from skinny puppy

Once again Skinny Puppy creates a masterpiece that blows away the competition. Mythmaker is decidedly industrial but it's also very goth...especially the guitar driven songs. As a long time fan I'm very impressed with the evolution of this band. 5 Huge Stars.
