Mystery at Loch Ness by Rebecca Price Janney (1997, Paperback)

I purchased this book because I have read numerous books by Rebecca Prince Janney and ejoyed them immensely. I liked the idea of kids, Laura Skillman, her brother Andrew, cousin Ben Tyler, Laura's friend Sarah Sleeth and their home schooling teacher Thomas Jefferson Wakesnoris commonly known as TJ heading into a time traveling adventure and mystery. The adventure begins when they go to the Nauticus Museum in Virginia and end up in Scotland. They meet up with a minister Dr. Guthrie MacRae and his wife Mary who invite them to stay at their croft while they pursue the mystery of Nessie as the Loch Ness Monster is called. They meet a Prince, Haunted Highlander, and a paleontologist in their exciting adventure before they are returned back to the Nauticus Museum's virtual reality ride.
