My Name Is Bruce (DVD, 2009)

I liked the idea of Bruce being himself, the familiar faces from the evil dead trilogy were nice, funny movie.

The movie was very well done. It portrays Bruce as himself and how a B movie actor is treated in the business.once again reality crosses over to the fantastic.Bruce is highly under rated as an actor.

The movie is one of the best movies ever, and, the comic book that comes with it is vey funny! Recommends for everyone!

Bruce Campbell seems to have relegated himself to stupid "B" movies. He gets kudos for self-deprecating humor, but there's no cure for bad writing and poor direction.

This is a great movie I mean all the Bruce Campbell movies are the BEST!!!!!!!!!! I rented this movie and loved it but for some reason I couldn't find it at any video store for purchase luckily I found it yay me lol

I adore Bruce Campbell. This movie, however, is a new low. It is horrible. I was embarrassed for Bruce and then realized he directed it too. I had such hopes for it and now I wish I hadn't seen it--let alone owned it. Too bad. It has a few chuckles but really, is abject misery to watch.

This is a very good example from the Master or the class B action movies! the movie really like us to all the family, because the way Bruce manages his own image and all the gags and jokes he made during the movie.
He finally has a decent bad guy, not the normal puppet, the quality of the film is very good and almost all the actors made a very good performance.
I do concur with the other reviews about Ted Raimi chinese character (maybe the only bad thing during the movie).
The scenes inside the trailer were Bruce claims for respect and took whiskey from the dog food plate shows the excellent humor he can make from himslef.
This movie, along with Buba-Hotep (one of the greatest low budget movies ever), are clasics from Bruce Campbell filmography.
Obviously, we, as true Evil dead fans, are still waiting for Evil dead 4, (the big mamas of the low budget horror movies), let´s hope Bruce and Sam finally get some time togheter to film evil dead 4, or at least release another evil dead video game.
Anyway, this movie worth every cent I paid, very recommendable for all the fans of this great actor.

This movie is awesome if you like the Evil Deads and Army of Darkness!!!! It is typical Bruce Campbell in an all out entertaining movie!!! The acting isn't that great neither is the cinematography, has a lot of cheesy lines, but hey!! THAT is Bruce Campbell!!!!!! He is the low budget king!!! Film definately takes you back to those crappy horror movies that just turned out to be ridiculously funny!!!
