My Name is Earl is a wonderful, fresh series with terriffic stories. This series is heads above all other comedies on TV today. I would reccomened this series to all people who are interested in a good laugh.

This is a completely hilarious dvd. The show, in its second season, is clearly gaining momentum, getting funnier and smarter. The situations, as well as the shows dialogue are, in my opinion, unmatched on television today.These shows hold up to multiple viewings which make this a good dvd to own.The shows also carry good positive messages without ever getting preachy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

My Name is Earl - Season 2 (DVD, 2009, 4-Disc set was a good set. The seller on the other hand was a total prick. He sent the disks without enough postage on the season disks. I wrote an email too him telling him that it was a hassle for me but for future sales to make sure that he has enough postage on the package that he sends. The prick sends me a disturbing email telling me that he wont respond to any of my emails and that he wont sell any more items too me as if I did anything wrong.
This guy is just begging to get negative feedback. I wouldn't doubt it if this kind of situation is a normal thing

"My Name is Earl" is one of the funniest TV shows
I've seen. Apparently the network doesn't agree, as they have cancelled the show.

The characters are an odd, extended family and the action revolves around Earl & his "list". It's all the bad things he's done & now has decided to right. Since some of the people he has victimized are pretty weird, explaining what he is doing to make up for his past misdeeds doesn't always go well.

This series find him in prison, not through his own actions, and then in a coma, while his brother tries to "help" by doing his list for him. Since Randy hasn't a clue as to how the real world works, his solutions are unusual, and frequently disasterous.

In the end Earl's friends do try to help him but frequently make things seem worse. They are a very funny and endearing group of people who occasionally hit on just the right solution. Makes it a joy to watch the convoluted processes of their minds.

All 4 dvd's play great and have no scratches at all. Box is also in excellent condition. Been looking to complete my My Name Is Earl collection,and this was very satisfying. Would certaintly buy from these guys again.

It took a little longer that I had expected to get the movie. All in all, the purchase went smoothly.

well, it was 20 bucks here, as opposed to 50 bucks at hastings! (can you say overpriced?) anyways, I enjoy the show My name is Earl, because its good old fashioned fun, it pokes fun at the interesting quirks of good old trailer park life, but it dosent really do anything offencive. much better than family guy, a show that degrades anybody and anything, as offencively as possible. and earl also passes along a good moral message, with next to no offencive language. its something that i can watch with family and younger people in the room and not end up blushing. plus my dad likes it, so we can always sit down and have a good barrel of laughs when we pop one of the dvds in. all in all, its a good wholesome comedy tv series, thats still funny. kudos to Earl!

I love this show, I bought the first season for $10 in CompUSA last year, and became a Earl Hickey fan!, there's something with the slow kind of humor they have, and the beautiful girls they have on the show, that captured me and my family.
It is also a family kind of comedy, no X-Rated content and most jokes are PG-13 ;). My wife loves Randy!

This review is for people who are at least somewhat familiar with the show/premise.

Season 2 is a direct continuation of the first season with all the characters returning and the addition of some A-list cameos....is Burt Reynolds still a-list? Besides the cameos Randy gets a lot more screen time and even gets to do some work on "the list" himself.

Any Earl fan, or anyone looking for a quick/quirky laugh should consider this set. This season will stand alone if you have not seen season 1, but you would be short changing yourself on some of the inside jokes....IE the one-legged woman(you'll get it later, or maybe not, that's the point).

This was a much wanted birthday present for a friend and he loved it! It is agreat item. So glad I found it.

Life lesson set in a comedy setting. Gives you something to think about. Several people now know what the term KARMA means to me what goes around comes around.
One of the better comedies on TV. As for the cast perfect.

I have watched all of the episodes again and I laughed out loud! This is a great, unpretentious show with slapstick comedy you don't see much on TV anymore.

My name is Earl, is by far, got to be the funniest show made for, or played on television for as long as I can remember. This is a 4 dvd set which covers season 2 and has a number of extra features to boot. Whether you are laughing at the normal cast of characters or one of the many highly ranked celebrities that are glad to take on one time or re-occuring roles, I guarentee you won't be dissapointed in a single episode contained within this set. Myself, I waited to get this for christmas, and when it didn't materialize I went straight to EBAY where I found it factory sealed for a fraction of the normal price! Woo-Hoo!!!!
