My Mommy's Tote by P. H. Hanson (2007, Hardcover, Board)

My daughter is 2 1/2 and she loves it! I spent about 30 minutes looking through it and playing with it myself. The only thing that would make it better is to put velcro on the little "laptop" and "credit card" (which are removable) in order to make sure they stay put while not being used. This is something I have already done myself and it makes keeping track of those things a lot easier.
All in all it's a great book! We travel a lot and I bought it specifically to keep her busy on plane flights... I know this will do the job! She played with it all afternoon the day she got it. It is wonderful for busy little ones! I highly recommend it... just put a few pieces of velcro on those things to keep them in place.

This book is awesome to share with your children when they are small. When they get older (5 or 6), it will be a great book for them to explore on their own. I agree that younger children would destroy this book, if given the chance. That said, I think this book have so much detail and things to look at, it will stay in the family for years.

It's a heavy board book and the kids just love it. There's also one called My Granny's purse. They have the cutest things in them that you can touch & move around. I got them for my granddaughter & grand neice.

I love the many different activities to keep the kids interest. I do not like that everything that is removeable is not attached and could be lost. Good buy for the car or trip to the doctor's office.
