Nice toy, but could be better

After searching for a portable media player to transfer my photos (and avoid to buy another memory card), I decided to buy the PVR H160 for three good reason:
- The capacity, because of the huge 60gig hard drive
- The SD/MMC card reader
- And the format that it was able to read
My verdict: when connected to a PC, the PVR appear like a standard external Harddrive, or when connected to a Printer, it appears like a digital camera. So it's easy to search/move/delete/rename etc with a PC.
But, there is too much "wrapped" features. The gadget itself ONLY play 4 type of media. JPG for photos, MP3 for music, WAV for record, and ASF for movies. All the other format are converted before being transfered! So for a well advertised Divx/Xvid movie format, the conversion takes almost 2h with a Dual-Core 2.8gig P4!
