I bought this player mainly because it has a sd card reader for digital pictures and mpg4s, but the screen is always dark and you can't change that, also if you view it from different angles you blurr the image, when you see pictures from the sd card the player stretches the picture to fit the screen and that to me was the worst part of this dvd player, my advice is to save some money and get something worth it.

I bought two of these units from two different sellers for my kids for a trip. Both were apparently almost new with little to no use. Both units failed within 1 week. This leads me to believe that they are not a good a product and I would definitely never buy a product with this brand name again. Stick with Sony or panasonic

Excellent for watching DVD and mpeg4 movies from SD card. Was so good it replaced my set top dvd player for my main tv. get on road trips too!
