Music From the Tyrol: Jodler Songs by Various Artists (CD, Feb-1998, Playasound)

If you like simple, acoustic Tyrollean music then this is the CD for you. This is traditional mountain music at it's best and is well executed by the musicians. There are many familiar favorites as well as a few that might be interesting and unknown to the listener. This was just what I was looking for - well played, traditional music without the glitz and electronics of so much of what is termed "Volksmusik." A definite must have for any serious fan of Tyrollean or Yodeling musik. Highly recommended.
