Music For the Native Americans by Robbie Robertson (CD, Oct-1994, Capitol/EMI Records)

This CD is THE BEST. A sister was playing this and I looked everywhere for it. It was one of those "I gotta have this". Amazon did not have .. but EBAY did .. WADO .. TKU ! .. HOWA !
I have played this CD half to death .. and will probably need a new one to replace it !
It is a "must have" for all Native peoples. It reflects our feelings and our emotions. It expresses how we feel PERFECTLY.

My favorite is GHOST DANCE .. LOVE THAT SONG ... AHO !

HIGHLY RECOOMEND this CD.

I love this CD --- the music is a mixture of traditional native american music and today. Excellent CD

If you love Indian music , then this CD is for you. The music is over whelming. It tells of love and courage of a time of when men acted from the heart and spoke of truths. This is the 3rd time I have bought this Cd . Why because others have ask for it and I ended up buying a new copy.
Robby Robertson is very good at what he does. MUSIC.

Of course its excellent music, about a time period in the history of our country and a history of its people. So with this combination, when you listen to it, you feel it, really internalize it. And you'll play it again and again. This type of combination never gets old. I'd say you'll like it but what I really mean is you'll really FEEL it.

i bought this cd back when it was first released because it was different than anything i had heard, and still sounded very good. it tells stories that is what the whole cd does in the way of old, when they sat around the camp fire and would tell or sing their stories, to me it's a good cd to just sit back and relax to and allow myself to just be sort of carried away in thought. (good stress releaver) anyway we lost the cd a few years ago or our boy stold it and sold it with other cd's. we wanted that cd back in our collection. (it seemed incomplete without it)if you like cd's that can help you relax and possibly take you on a short journey to a different and place this might be what you are looking for.

every time i've bought this cd some ones stolen it! so obviously i am not the only one that appreciates this cd, as many time as this cd gets taken I Will Replace It... it is that good.....
