The Muppet Show - Season 3 (DVD, 2008, 4-Disc Set)

Classic Muppets. Not much to say. You wouldn't pick this up if you don't already love the Muppets. Some bigger name guest stars (ie Raquel Welch, Sly Stallone and Alice Cooper). Some interesting behind the scenes features where you get to see the muppeteers. For some, it may kill the magic of the show to actually see the people at work who bring the characters to life. For me it only helped grow my appreciation for the talent and creativity of Henson and his crew.

I bought this for my 3 yr old son. He loves the Muppet Show and can't get enough. I wish season 4-6 were available on DVD. Just as a warning, if you are buying for a young child, Alice Cooper may scare your youngster. He frightened my 3 yr old. He cannot watch this episode.

The item was just as advertised and the shop was easy to work with. It was shipped promptly and arrived on schedule. Would shop there again.

We love this entertaining show that had young and old entranced for hours. It was such a treat to laugh at clean jokes that were funny. Jim Henson is sorely missed at our home. Kermit the frog and Miss.Piggy have a love like none other. We have puchased all three seasons because,"you can never have too much of a good thing!"

The Muppet Show DVD is loved by my whole family. My husband and I remember watching it when we were growing up, and we wanted to share the joy, we once had watching it, with our two young boys. They both love Elmo and the other Sesame Street muppets so we thought that they would enjoy this show.

As we hoped, my boys love the muppets in The Muppet Show. There is just something special about viewing a show with muppets rather than a cartoon or a show with live actors. The Muppet Show has brought some clean, fun, enjoyable family entertainment into our household. The humor is good for children, but still amusing for adults. The muppets in Sesame Street are more entertaining for young children. My husband and I don't enjoy watching it with our boys like we enjoy watching The Muppet Show with them.

I give this DVD a rating of excellent.

Great quality, great original details and content; if you love the Muppets, they never go out of style! This is a great set to have on hand!

The Muppet Show was one of the best programs for both children and adults to watch ,, a great family time thing to do ,, I bought this one because i have season one and two and my children including myself love to watch it , i recommend this along with the rest of the muppet movies for a fun day or night thing to watch

I don't care who you are or how old you are -- who can't enjoy the Muppets? The cameo appearances by human stars, plus the interplay between the Muppet stars, is always fun.

My kids love it!! It is a great complete picture of the series. It is just as enjoybale for the adults in the family as well.

The show brings back memories of being a little child first seeing it. The actors (Kermit, Fozzie, Miss Piggy, etc.) all have excellent delivery of their lines in the wonderful comedic ways. The songs of the guests stars are beautifuly put together with the same style of humor. THis is a must have for any Muppet fan.
