) i bought this book because i have had such a mucus problem since i was 29 and i am 56 as i type this..i had allergies, asthma and rashes all over and i also didn't smell or taste for over 20 years..after 2 years of fasting and changing my diet to mucus free (most of the time) i have rid my self of my rashes ..asthma is 90% gone and my smell and taste is back..it's a slow process but it all works..after trying the whitemans ways with all his lies and pill's i am sold on this man's ways..thank god the universe guided me to this book..good luck to you all..:-)
