I bought this book to get the basics of Muay Thai. This book did an excellent job of providing the history and some of the basic moves of Muay Thai. It provides an excellent foundation to build your Muay Thai skills. The author explains everything very well and the pictures aid in understanding how to properly utilize techniques. It was well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning more about Muay Thai.
