Seller sent immediately, a fun summer read. I have read other Debbie Macomber books, and this is a similar "feel good" book. Thank you again for the book.

This was a very touching story. An absolutely wonderful story. I couldn't put the book down. I have read most of Debbie Macomber's books and this was one of the best. The story flowed and the writing excellent.

  Mrs. Miracle

Mrs. Miracle is a wonderfully told story about a man who loses his wife. The couple has twin boys and they believe their life is perfect until one day the wife is tragically killed in an auto accident. Her husband just got a new job and decides to send the two infants to live with their grandparents. After four years the grandparents feel he should take the children back because they want to retire and travel around the world. Seth, the father gets the boys home only to discover how hard being a parent really is. He goes through the housekeepers/babysitter like there is no tomorrow. One night, on the verge of tears, Seth answers the door to find one Mrs. Merkle. She is just what the doctor ordered, she even brings dinner. (yes, receipes are enclosed in this book)
The children take an instant liking to her but can't pronounce her name and begin to call her Mrs. Miracle. From this point on, it's all Mrs. Miracle.
This incredible woman gets the home and the lives of this family back in shape. It seems a little gossip isn't so bad after all. What an insightful woman - one who sees into everyones hearts and knows just what they need.
Wonderfully told, loved every page. I even tried some of the receipes and they are really quite tasted. Loved it, loved it. A joy to read.

great story about a widower with twins who gets a housekeeper that seems to work "miracles" for him, his kids, his love interest, and his deceased wife's parents. 95% love story. 5% miracles.

I really like this book as it was written very well -- did not have a lot of profanity and explicit sex. More like a family type senario. A nice homey story! Debbie Macomber is an excellent writer.
