Move Your Stuff, Change Your Life by Jeff Fessler, Karen Rauch Carter (2000, Paperback, Illustrated)

It was like talking to a friend, if that friend held keys to unlock secret doors you didn't even know existed. This was a very easy read, light and interesting with a touch of humor to keep perspective. Very helpful and informative. Perhaps the best book about the subject that I've read.

How any body can believe that you can increase your wealth, relationships, power, etc buy moving your stuff around amazes me.

Saying that you can adjust the energy of your surroundings to get what you want--whether it's financial wealth, professional success, or personal satisfaction, is like saying you can put a dollar bill on your tree and it will grow money. Please don't insult people's intellegence with this book.

Moving your stuff, may clear up clutter, but it's not magic.

I bought this book for my daughter as I have used mine for many years, I love using Fung Shui in my home decor..

I have had indeed a lot of changes in my life in the past five months mostly positive. Karen speaks clearly, concise and witty. You'll love her sense of humor and the great visual descriptions. I highly recommend it.

I purchased the book to help not only to help me and as the title suggests "change my life" for the better. Feng Shui seems to be something that would be beneficial to add to my life. (Doesnt cost much or take much time--just what I am looking for).

I thought that the book was very easy to read and had great examples and black and white drawings.

I think that this book is a good tool to start in your search and is great for someone that is not a total newbe to Feng Shui. It has great ideas, good suggestions and is easy to read.

However, there are some questions that I have that are not answered in the book. The web adddress in the back of the book takes you to a website built to make money.

As with the book, the questions I have are not located on the website and I am not going to pay for the answers. (one example: Some of the examples and layouts do not "fit" my house or room floor plan--especially door location. How do I make that work with the diagrams in the book?)

I will keep looking or find something else but if you already have an understanding of Feng Shui this book would be better for some one that is not fresh off the street.

I borrowed a copy from a friend and I was was impressed with the easy-to-read and understand concepts put forth. I look forward to getting my own copy.

I ordered this book on October 22, 2006 and as of today, December 9, 2006 I still have not received it. I have sent emails and never received a response. I am not in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card. I have used Ebay in the passed with excellent results, however, half.com I'm not pleased with.

If you apply the things in this book to your dwelling, it will work! Don't think twice about buying. It is by far my favorite book of all!

So I needed a book on basic Feng Shui with a fun approach, which would give me practical advices on how to enhance and improve different areas of my life. This book is exsactly what I needed at that the moment.
The book opened a totally new world for me and I find myself engaged with a new hobby in terms of redecorating and moving the furniture round my house.
The bad thing about the book is that it is too short... you just know that there is more to be said on that subject. But there you go you use your imagination to create new cures and enhancements for your personal needs.
The book came in excellent condition at a very cheap price, it just took a little more time to be shipped and delivered then I expected.

Loved this book for it's easy read and no nonsense ideas. After reading it, shared it with friends and purchased more books to give as gifts. It is a great retirement or wedding book when you are embarking on new opportunities in your life.

I love this book because it is an easy read. This book is like a shorter version of Feng Shui for dummies. There is a lot of information given in one small book with many solutions to problem areas and rooms in your house.
The only thing I don't like about this book is the author, although she has a good sense of humor, it may be a bit much and really I just want to read on how to do Feng Shui and not read every joke. But really the jokes are not so bad that I would give less than an excellent rating.
I decided to buy this book because I saw the author, Karen Rauch Carter on the Orange County morning news station. She was promoting this book and I liked what I heard her saying about how easy it is to Feng Shui your home, so I bought it and I really love the book.

Humorous, informative, thought provoking, one of those books that expands your awareness, loved it !!
