As a person that does container gardening I like to have books that help me to have a better system to grow the fruits and vegetables that I want to. And this book does that at a level I can understand. The book will tell you about containers. What type of container is best to use, how long it will last and what fruits or vegetables to use it with. It will tell you about the dirt to use and the fertalizer to mix. Then it goes on to tell you when to plant whether it is by seeds or starter plants. What to expect from each type of fruit or vegetable in the container, what problems you may gave as far as watering, pest and how to cure the problem.....it will also tell you that you can plant more than 1 growing season of what vegetables....as in 1 for spring and 1 for fall........what does better in the summer in the heat......and what fruits you may have to sacrifice the first season to get a better crop the second year.
All around this book is written in a way that anyone should be able to understand it and start a garden of their own. Anyone interestered in container gardening should have this book in thier library.
