I bought this as a cassette many moons ago to help me sleep during the day when I had crazy work hours. It is perfect for that in that it's soothing but also has the effect of arresting your attention when busy thoughts crowd in.
Over time I changed over to cd's and forgot about it. My noisy neighbor keeps me awake until 1:00 am and suddenly I remembered Mountain Memories, looked for it on ebay and ,sure enough, it was available. I put it on my Ipod and also listen to it in the car to keep me calm in traffic. It is just beautiful!!!!
