Motown 25 - Yesterday, Today, Forever (VHS, 1990)

i've looked for this copy for many years and here it was on ebay. brilliant. it was espiecally nice to relive the past with original family intact, now with children. now that's priceless.

Born and raised in Detroit, I grew up to the Motown Sound. Couldn't even find a copy of this show in the Detroit area. If you still would like to enjoy your tapes, and love that Motown Sound as I do, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THIS TAPE. It DOESN'T DISAPPOINT..although Motown lives on, this 25th Anniversary Show is a blast from the past. Don't MISS OUT!!!

I just love this tribute to Motown. The performances by Jacksons, Diana Ross, Smokie Robinson and Stevie Wonder among others will have you singing and dancing to the original Motown Sound. What a classic tape. By the way it is the first time Michael Jackson performs the moonwalk (outstanding).

I HAD BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER FOR THIS TAPE IN VIDEO STORES AND WAS UNABLE TO FIND IT , I WAS SO GLAD TO KNOW I FOUND IT ON EBAY AS A MATTER A FACT IT SEEMS TO ME YOU CAN FIND ALMOST ANYTHING ON EBAY, I HAVE PASSED BY THIS SITE MANY TIMES NOW I AM HOOKED! THANK-YOU SANDY

I decided to buy this because I was actually present @ the time of this taping and I always wanted a copy of the event. I also caught a glimpse of myself in the audience. Not only was it a historical night for Motown, I had just found out that day that I was pregnant with my first child. I am a proud grandmother of two grandsons from that first daughter who just turned 25 on October 25th.(What a coincicence!)Now I can share my happiest moment for generations. Micheal Jackson was awesome to see doing his Moonwalk for the first time as a solo artist.Norman Whitfield (Producer of the Temptaions and Carwash) as well as Levi Stubbs (The Four Tops)just passed this month. This VHS is priceless and I will treasure it always! Well Worth its weight in Gold !!...."crystalchefstar"

I have a part of history with me that I can view anytime I want!
