bought phone due to cheaper than buying a new one year air card phone is small and compact with good loud ringer and call volume my only dislike is the keys are hard to tell apart and feel when you push them.phone was easy to activate and even got one extra month bonus and 15 extra minutes from tracfone.it would be nice to get a detailed user manual with the phone

) Great price, fast shipping! I really like this model tracfone. It's affordable, & just what I need without all the bells & whistles. I don't want a camera/don't need it...why pay for it? And i MUST have a flip, so it's perfect.

Nice little phoneThis phone has a stylish flip phone design, that is both easy to use, and durable. We needed a sturdy pre-paid phone for our teenage daughter, and this phone fits the bill well. The only thing I don't love about it, is I keep hearing "MOM! It doesn't have any ringtones! Or pictures!" It would have been better if it had come with some pre-loaded ringtones and graphics. And also an easier way to download these things would be better too. But for use, service, and design, I can't complain!
