      Way too many problems

I have had this phone since our last Verizon contract signing. This was almost 2 years. It has repeatedly broken. The only saving grace was I had it under warranty. In two years I have had 6 phone replacements, all the same model, all were poor. The reception can be unreliable, the phone can freeze up on you and the only way to fix it is to remove the battery and pray it reboots. I will say the reception improved when I bought an extended life battery (cost me $60). If you get this phone, get it a good case and cross your fingers. If you get it under contract, make sure it is insured.
